HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINER: She graduated first class with distinctions from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai with a degree in Psychology and Sociology later earning her B.Sc. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California (Summa Cum Laude).

Erica has lived and worked in India and the United States and possesses a concrete background in the hospitality industry. She is currently on the faculty of Rizvi College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bandra, where she teaches Generic Skills – corporate/soft skills for future hospitality managers.
